  • Just getting started

Hi everybody. I'm about 8 days in the Induction phase of Atkins and so far finding it amazing. My cw is 306.5 and my GW is 190. I've been married for about a year and half and my husband is sorta of doing this with me, at least he's eating what i make and adding a few things here or there. But i'll take it since he's stopped eating all the sugar and junk food. Every little bit helps. I'm excited to see how far i can go now that i'm changing how i eat and starting to incorporate exercise as well. I'm open to any tips on how to stay on the right path!

Welcome! You have a great positive attitude! I started at almost 300 pounds, and the weight just fell off! I felt so much better right away, and I love this WOE more every day. It is so much more than a diet.
