I started the Induction Phase on Nov 26th. It has only been a week and I can already see a difference in the way that my clothes are fitting me.
I am very excited about this, but I have one problem that I was hoping you, Atkins experts, would be able to help me with. I really don’t like to eat red meat, but I love chicken and fish and they don't have a lot of fat in them.
(I will eat red meat though.) Can anyone out there give me some good ideas to boost up the fat content in chicken and fish?
