    Just found this site. I've been doing atkins for about 4 months & I've lost a total of 40 pounds.

    Hoping to get inspired by everyone here.

    hi! i'm new too...but not so experienced on the atkins diet. you're seeking inspiration...but you just gave me inspiration. 40 lbs? wow...that's great. hope i can do as well as you.
