Mostly I hang out on the Atkins AOL message boards and the Livejournal Atkins community. I hope to make this place a great source of info and inspiration also.
I've done Atkins before, as you can see in my siggy I've been back into things since 1/11. I've done well, I've benefited enough to drop a few lbs and also clear my skin. My problem has been while I'll do awesome during the week something will come up and I'll cheat on the weekends. I go right back to eating well but today I had another binge, period cravings.... :anger
So at any rate moving onward and eating well the rest of the day is my goal. Take it one day at a time right?? I'm hoping when induction boot camp starts it will help reinforce eating clean in me and have it stick.
