Sooo, the rules say I must post an intro. I'm Barbara, just turned the big 40 on Tuesday. I live in Virginia, I'm married with 5 kids ages 2-19, 4 boys and my dear daughter Lynsey, who is two years old and one of my main motivations for changing my wol. I initially started Atkins in early October, but was one of those who thought I could bend the rules for Thanksgiving and didn't make it back until January. But I'm back in a clean induction, doing well and plan to quit smoking tomorrow. Wish me luck. :icondance

Congratulations on your decision to go back on Atkins and to quit smoking. I quit smoking in 2003 and started Atkins in 2004. They are the two best things I've done for my health.
