Hello! I am only into my second day and need all the help I can get! I have read thru Dr. Atkins book, and am now going back thru and highlighting points I know I need to remember. I am 48 years young, 5'7" and topped the scales at 175 lbs. yesterday. I guess I am still just not sure of exactly what vegetables and fruits I can and can't eat. I am desperately hoping this group will keep me on track and help me lose the weight I desperately need to! Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated!! My hardest challege will be cooking for Christmas and not tasting!!! Thank you all so much!

Re: Everyone's help is needed and welcomed!!
Hello and welcome to ADBB!
You will find the acceptable foods list here -
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6781
You can only eat what is on this list, so check ingredients on anything you buy and ensure there is nothing in them that isnt on the list!
We will help you stay on track as long as you post often and accept support, if you only come around when you need help, how can we support you?
Best of luck on your journey, you've found the best place on the internet that could possibly help you with this WOE.HW 303Aug '04 SW-287 LW-232Restart - Apr 07 - SW 266 CW 225
