    welcome back on ther Atkins low carb wagon tighen up your seatbelt and apply liberal amounts of that low carb industrial strenght super glue so you can't jump off again.

        This way of eating really works! I have enjoyed the benefit of much more energy along with the weight loss since I started.

        You can do it!!

        Just print out the acceptable foods list and stick to it, drink your water, and find some kind of exercise you can enjoy doing every day, and you will succed!
