    Hello Day #10

    Hello everyone,
This board is so wonderful! I have got so many good idea from your posts. I think that my body is getting used to the idea of no sugar. I was seriously feeling ill the 1st and 2nd day. But now the dizzyness is less. I have been drinking lots of water and walking on my treadmill evreyday.

Welcome! It's great to have you here! Keep notes as to how rotten you felt the first couple of days, and if you have the desire to cheat, just remember you will feel 10 times worse and then have to go through it again!

                  Hello Day #10

Wow this is such a great day, I can honestly say I am not craving sugar!!! I dont even want for it. I had one moment of weakness. My husband had a BBQ and they opened a bag of cool ranch doritos, the chips smelled wonderfully. But I held strong and I felt so proud of myself for not caving. I weigh myself every Friday. I have lost 12.5 lbs so far!!!!!!!!! I do measurements the 1st of every month so I am excited to see the differance. I am faithful about my walking 6 days a week. I have noticed that I am getting cramps in my claves more, I drink around 90 oz of water a day, I streach before my walks. Any ideas on what is going on?? Also do any of you ladies notice a differance in your TOM ?

Great job. Our muscles cramp up when we are dehydrated, so when you are drinking more water and getting the supplemental vitamins regularly...it causes leg cramps to cease. I used to have them all the time and don't anymore. Congratulations on conquering your sugar cravings...its a wonderful feeling to be in control of the food instead of letting it control you.

Good going Shereen! Glad you're happy with this way of eating. It just gets better and better too!

Yes, weight loss can cause slight hormonal differences, hence TOM changes. These should settle down in a few months. Unless the changes are dramatic, no need to worry.
