  • Returning Home to Atkins

Hello everyone, my name is Neese and I have just restarted induction on 12/23/07. I was prev on Atkins from fall 02-summer 03 (94 lbs lost!); I got married, had a daughter in 2004 and just recently had a son in 2007. In my last pregnancy I have gained a lot of weight, so I am "coming home" to Atkins to get healthy again; not only for myself, but for my babies too! I need all of your help to keep me going. I have lost 5 pounds so far, but I also feel like inches have disapp. because I am fitting into pants that my tummy has preventd me from wearing in the past. WHOOOOOPEEE!

Welcome! You will do great your second time around!

Do you have a digital camera?? If so, you just upload pictures to your hard drive, then open a free account at www.photobucket.com After uploading your pictures to photobucket, edit for size and go to the bottom option 'IMG Code' and click in the box to copy. Bring the code back to your post and paste it into the body of your message. You can check to see if it is okay by clicking 'preview post.' Now, hurry up and post pics of the babies so Aunt Sunny can see them!

To start a journal you just go to this forum, pick a name and start your journal just like you started this thread http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...splay.php?f=31

If you need more help, just holler!

          Sunny!
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Hey Neese! Welcome to the ADBB! Sounds like you're off to a great 're'start. We're almost at the same weight so we can do this together! You should check out the "Century Club" forum. It's for those of us with 100 or more pounds to lose. There's lots of great people there to offer support and encouragement as we journey towards better health. Hope to see you around the board. Happy Losing!
