  • Losing the Baby Weight

Hi everyone! I was on Atkins about three months after my baby was born in July, I lost quite a bit of weight then got off track. in the last month I gained 10 pounds! I don't know if it's just water weight or if it's because I ate alot of pie... . Anyhow, I do pilates four to six times a week and I definetly getting toned and my size 13 pants are all too big so maybe it's muscle weight? Sorry I'm rambling on but I'm just excited to start atkins again, it's hard for me to stay away from sugar but I got some sugar free whip cream and sugar free jello for my cravings, does that really help curve the sugar cravings??? So I Justr want to thank everyone in advance because I know this forum will keep be motivated and positive.
    Thanks!

Hey Cetabor88! Welcome to the board. The sugar free jello can stall weight loss. Also, it's generally best to skip the sweets to give your body a chance to get over the sugar cravings. Substituting with sugar free products defeats that purpose. if you need to have a treat, SF jello is probably a better choice!

Come around the board frequently, it will help you stay on track!

Try L-glutamine. It is recommended in DANDR to help with sugar cravings. It is helping me a lot.
