  • Hi - just starting

    Hi,

    I have just started, having thought about it for a while, and reading
    the book and also Atkins web-sites (this site primarily).
    I firmly believe in the principal of Atkins, and have lost some weight
    before using Atkins, so I am hoping to replicate my previous success,
    and this time keep going to my goal.
    Started exercise also (climbed a hill (big) yesterday - full of aches
    today, but also pride !!!

      Weightogo, welcome to ADBB....since this is your second time around, why not join us over at STAC, second time around club...We'd love for you to journey along with us, especially since you firmly believe in the Atkins principals.

        Welcome aboard Weightogo! Nice to have you with us.
        Sounds like you're ready to commit to Atkins for the long term... which of course is the very best way to achieve permanent success.

        Kudos to you for your exercise start. You're right to be proud of your aches and pains... they're so worth it and really help with shedding those lbs!

          Hey weightogo! How great that you climbed a hill! Exercise is good. Come take a look around our exercise challenge thread, perhaps there's something there that you'd lke to join which will get you moving daily!
