    My introduction

    Name: Mirya
    Age: 32
    Sex: Female
    Occupation: Insurance Rater
    Area: Ohio

    I have recently started the Atkins diet in the hopes that I will be healthier and lose fat. I feel like a great big water balloon and I am sick of it. I am tired of goign to quaint little shops and fall in love with an outfit and know there is no possible way they would have something so pretty in my size....and IF they did it wouldn't be nearly as gorgeous draped over a human water balloon. Anyway the point I guess is that I VERY MUCH look forward to having others that are going through what I am going through.

    Warm welcome to ADBB and Atkins Myria!! I've noticed you around the board these last couple of days, and it's nice that you've come to the Spotlight to introduce yourself.

    You know something about water balloons? They burst! And they shrink! And Atkins is the sharpest of needles.... lol!
    Pretty soon, if you stick with the programme, you'll be feeling so much better in your skin, not to mention healthier and revitalised.
