  • Another Newbie

Hi to everyone. I signed up with the ADBB 2 days ago and it seems kind of apt that I will pluck up the courage today to say Hi.

I have read on the ADDBB various success stories and members on thei way to losing their goal weight, it is very encouraging for me to read.

I had been to a slimming club in the summer and I decided it wasnt for me
I live in the uk, and I have around 56 pounds to lose. I am not sure what my goal weight should be or is going to be, I currently weigh around 190 pounds 13st 11 and am 5"5, I really need to shift some weight for health reasons and my own satisfaction.

Yes MEASURE!! I didn't and I SOOO regret it, specially when I put on something that used to be tight and have to take it off and chuck it into the "way too big" bin.

The best of luck on your journey - finding this place early was a great stroke of luck and coming here often will really help you along the way.

Hey Beauty! I'm glad you've posted, I have seen you around! You goal weight should be where you feel comfortable with the way your clothes fit and how you feel! The number is relative. Stick with the program, drink your water and get your body moving and you will be just fine!
