Embarrassed - Glad to be back!

Hi everyone! I was a frequent visitor/contributor here a few years ago and lost about 60 pounds in 7 months. I am embarrassed to say that I have fell off the bandwagon. I changed jobs and got a promotion that introduced more stress, less time to workout and eat right. I'm not using that as an excuse, because I just lost my will to stick to the program. I basically didn't practice what I preached. I love January 1st because it feels like a fresh start and and acts like a trigger in my mind. I hope that I can provide great advise and get advise in getting back to where I was. I do appreciate what everyone did before to help me get to my goals and truly appreciate any advise that anyone can give!

I hope everyone has a great New Year!

Hey Bill! Welcome back. I agree, January firsts are a wonderful day to kick it into gear. Join a challenge or two, get active, make the board part of your daily life. Above all, lose weight and get healthy. Best of luck.

              1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
