  • Starting New Life

    Hi,

I don't plan on being one of those people who fail to make it. I am at the point right now where I am a step away from getting all those diseases that kill the overweight. I am sick and tired of worrying, planning diets, not buying regular clothes and all those other things that I have had to deal with.

So I am here to stay and make it.

Welcome to the board. You are me last year. You made the right choice with Atkins and with this bulletin board. My best advice is to read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition) then come here to ask questions and give/get support. Other then that just eat on plan, exercise, and drink your water and you will be amazed at how well this works.

Hi 56th! Welcome to the board. You have the right attitude. You will not fail. This is a way of eating for life. If you keep that in the back of your mind it will help you with your new, healthy eating changes. Post often to the board!
