Hi all, I'm back again after a 2 year disappearance, and about 50 lbs heavier than when I left. I lost 90 lbs in 10 months with the help and support from this board, and now I'm back to make sure that I keep all the weight loss off. I have to start working out again, as that was instrumental in helping me lose the weight the first time. My husband & I just got back from a Hawaiian cruise and after looking at the pictures we took, I felt embarrassed that I had let myself put on all that weight. I have already set my first goal for Feb 28, as we are leaving on a Caribbean cruise and I want to take lots of pictures. So I am now on day 2 of induction, and am determined to succeed!
