  • Ready or Not

Hello! I am preparing, both in my head and in my kitchen, to begin the Atkins way of life (1/3/0. I have been doing a lot of reading on this method over the years and I believe that I am ready to really do it. Actually, I have to be ready just for sanity's sake. After three pregnancies, one of which ended prematurely (with only 4 months to go) about a year ago, I am anxious to lose the remaining physical reminder that seems to be hanging on to taunt (or perhaps, haunt) me.

Although I am anxious, I am also excited and looking forward to the possibilities....fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes, having more energy, ushering that lingering grey cloud out of the corner of my mind, ...

I'm ready. Really ready. Mind, body, and soul.

HI Jacq, you have come to the right place. 2008 and is going to be a great year for all of us.

          What I know:
          1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
