Hey! Ive been checking out this site for the last few weeks and figured I would stop and say Hi! Im 22 and live in NJ with my husband and 13 month old son. Ive been on Atkins for 21 day and lost 10 pounds so im happy =) I didnt think I could do this diet ... I guess I just wanted to prove everyone wrong and plus I want to be able to stand up on the beach not just lay there in April!! Ive been going to the gym five days a week too for an hour. So all around I feel good!!! Anyone else in New Jersey?...

I'm not from Jersey, but I welcome you to the ADBB. Yes, Atkins works and it makes you feel like a million. Congratultions on your success so far, you're doing great!!
