    Hi Guys

    First of all Hapy New year to each and everyone of you!! I hope you had a great Xmas!!! Well xmas has left me a few more pounds round my waistline so i thought id give this atkins thing a whirl although as yet I have no books im just checking this site out to see what info I can get!! From what i read so far you giuys are doing awesome on it and its filled me with motivation!!Im raring to go so if anyone has advice gladly chuck it my way lol

    Welcome Tracey, you are right that this is a great place for motivation, and it's obviously working already for you!

    Best advice is to go out and get the book - make sure it's the 2002 version - and read it from cover the cover. Understanding Atkins is the key to success.

      i was told that the reason it should be the 2002 version is because it is the last one written solely by dr. atkins himself and not the company or othes.

          Good for you for taking up the suggestion to get the book (remember, 2002 edition!). It's really important to understand how and why Atkins works... makes everything easier.

            Welcome aboard! Glad you are going to get the book and read, read, read! :read: The ones of us that have had a lot of success live by the book! I have several and at least one is never far from my hand. You'll start out ready to 'give it a whirl' and end up making it a way of life. Best of luck to you!
