I'm Kim. I'm not sure what's different but something certainly is. I'm so siked and pumped to regain my former lean, mean physique.
I will post a picture soon. I'm excited about tracking my progress and seeing results. Until then, I'll give you the basics. I'm 5'6" and 200 lbs. My goal weight is 160. I enjoy reading in my spare time and I raise Monarch butterflies in the spring, summer, and fall. I just celebrated my 20th anniversary in the United States Air Force. I'm married and have a gigantic 15 year old son.
I'm naturally a bit more muscular than the average female so I tend to carry the weight different. It's both a blessing and a curse. The curse is, instead of taking care of my creeping weight problem, I waited until it was obvious to everyone that I was heavier than I should be. I also allowed it to adversely affect my career. I'm an AF paraelgal and I haven't passed my fitness test in about a year and a half.
But that's the past. I'm more concerned with the present and future. This seems like a great site and I'm looking forward to encouraging and challenging others and losing weight together.
