I'm Katy I'm 20 and I'm now on day 3 of the Atkins induction, I'm here to look for help, advice, support, and some tasty recipes.
I currenly wiegh 192lbs hoping to get down to 157lbs eventually, but I don't think I've ever wieghed less than 170 since I was 13/14. I just like food too much, which is why I chose the Atkins Diet, it means I can have all my favorite things.
Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to all of you before I start bomabrding you with questions and being all whiney about needing potatoes and yorksire puddings to live
