Hi everyone, today i began the induction phase, and i am really concerned about my ability to stick to this. I would really appreciate any and all support and tips to help me. I'm really excited about it, but, i am scared too. And if anyone could give me any ideas on how to stay focused on my diet while friends and family around me are eating all those foods that arent good for me,

. You will love it here because you will find sooooooo much support from the others. I agree that you should start a journal - that will keep you accountable for this WOE. You might want to join a challenge and if you haven't read the book, that is a MUST!! Keep posting and keep everyone informed on how you are doing with this WOL.
