Well you guys I have been reading these boards and the book since 2005. But I still need your help. I decided to give this a try for the first time on yesterday the only thing is i refused to weigh myself (5'3-5'4, 39 yrs old and well over 300lbs.
) but I started yesterday and I ate ribeye steak, salad, 1 cheese stick, 1 boiled egg,1 piece of turkey italian sasuage, some(2 tablespoons) canned mustard greens and grilled talapia drank plenty of water. I have more enegry today and yesterday than I ever had in a long time

That is great that you will get to walk in the parades, my dd,13, class walked in a couple last year but she was in the midst of being treated at the chiropractor for backpain. Have a good weekend!
