    Hi,
I was thrilled I found this site, just started atkins on Sunday, so far things are going well, but usually with me, I get really motivated and then give up, so I'll be looking through these boards for inspiration and motivation. Any Tips appreciated! Don't really understand all these challanges that you have going, but I'm sure over the coming weeks I will become aquainted with them!
