So after reading this board off and on for the last six months I finally decided to actually join. I've been "doing" Atkins off and on for the last 4-5 months. Started around October, was only half-way dedicated and lost about 15 lbs the 1st month. Then the holidays hit... went completely off from Thanksgiving to New Years and gained 10lbs back!
So Jan. 1st I decided I was going to get serious about it. Started Atkins again, quit drinking completely (Superbowl was rough!) and started working out 5-6 times a week. So far I've lost the original 10 I gained back and three more for a total of 18 so far.
I just wanted to thank all of you for the inspiration you have secretly given me. (well, not a secret anymore!)
