Hello Everyone!!!
This is my first time going the Atkins way! My start date was Monday January 7th. I have not cheated nor do I really want to cheat.. except that right now I'm pmsing so my body is craving those carbs! But I WILL NOT CAVE!!! I've been reading these boards for days now and love the great insight and information that all of you bring. It has helped me a lot with food choices and morale as for my first week the scale really didn't budge although my clothes felt a little looser, so I guess I'll be losing inches first!
Jan 7th - Starting weight - 170 lbs
Today (Jan 17th) - 166 lbs
I've lost and gained weight since I was 14 yrs old. I've always stuggled with exercise and eating right. I'm an emotional eater so at times it has been hard... I would fall into times in my life that I just didn't care about what I ate. In 2006 I lost 35-40 lbs just by eating healthy and exercising. But I let most of it creep back on me and now I want to get rid of it again!
