I received an email from this site reminding me to check in and report my progress. I've been so busy lately. I also got a new laptop Monday and unfortunately, it has Windows Vista. Boy do I hate Vista. Took me awhile to get the hang of it.
Now, about my progress. I've been doing pretty good so far. I'm not as hyped as I was initially. Which is sort of good. My husband was beginning to think I was bipolar.
I'm still excited though because I'm seeing results. See stats below for more details.
I've been trying to get to the gym as much as possible...7 days the first week, 5 days the next, and so on. I don't kill myself there. Although I enjoy lifting weights, I'm putting that on hold for the first month or so. Lifting increases my appetite something awful. Right now, I'm concentrating on long, slow sessions on the stationary bike or eliptical trainer. I have to keep it low-impact due to some knee problems. In fact, next Friday I receive the first of three injections of some stuff called SINVYSC into my knee. Sounds like fun eh?
