Alright My name's Rob and I'm 37 6'3" 358lbs. Use To Be. I started this lo carb thing the day after christmas. Cut out all sodas, sweets, sugars, breads, and fast food. In 25 days i have lost 25 Lbs. with just a little walking and weight lifting. I hit a couple snags, like Realizing you have to eat to loose weight. If I dont eat five small meals a day my weight loss for that day is nothing. If I eat small amounts all day, I can notice a 3 lbs over nite. I have a goal of 300 lbs by may 8th My 38th Bday and don't see why I cant be there. Would like to see 275Lbs by summer. Thats what i was in High School. OOOHHH the good old days.
