Well I've tried it before but this time is for keeps.
I'm smelling the roses this time and fully enjoying the control over what I eat and the extra energy. I am also hard core on excercising, which i did not do the last time around, its so much easier on low carb
. I have kind of a long way to go but my pants are already much looser (its been over 2 wks). I'm going to stay in induction for awhile yet as I cannot risk dealing with carb cravings, and like I said I have a long way to go. Does anyone know of local area atkins clubs or anything? Just wondering (I'm from MN), I could use some support. Luckly I have a roommate that is doing it with me now.
P.S. I left my boyfriend as of 1/17 so I'm going through a lot of changes for the better.
