    Hello everyone

    I have been doing the Atkins diet and went from a size 18 to a size 12 in 3 months. I needed to start over after cheating a little beyond the holidays, but I'm back ontrack now.

    I so glad to have the support group.

      See, these kind of posts are the most encouraging. The fact that Atkins is so successful that people are willing to start again and keep going. I could never keep a diet once I "failed" at it, so it's good to know that Atkins treats us so well. Congratulations on your first weight loss and keep plugging away.

              Wow...That is impressive (as Emma said) Gives me hope thats for sure...I'm an 18 now...and would be estatic to be a 12.
