    Hi

    Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 24, f and from the UK. I am starting the Atkins Diet on Wednesday. Just been looking around the board at all the inspirational stories. You lot are fantastic!

      Did you check the International Forum. Looks of folks from the UK there and loads of info about low carb products etc.
