  • New and saying hello.

    Hello everyone. Well like alot of you I've done it all. The last being Dr. Prescribed Phentrimine I lost 30 lbs but other health problems lead to more medication with weightgain as a side effect... Now I'm 260 lbs. I've decided to set small goals to keep me motivated but the main one is to break 200. I haven't been 199lbs or lower since I was 13 and I'm 26 now. Doctor wasn't too sure this was the way to go, but he's keeping me monitored. Well its nice to meet you all. Wish me luck... or just encourage me every now and then. 13 years of being obese I know I can't do it alone.

    Hi there! I'm a newbie too, and also looking to break 200 for the first time since -- you guessed it -- age 13.


    If you need some moral support from someone else who's staring up at the same mountain you are... I'd love some company for the journey. Hit me up!

      hello **** on wheels i know how you feel i have almost 100 pounds to lose but i plan to do it this time around by any means and i wish you the best of luck on your weightloss journey and i want you to know thta i am right here for you every step of the way we can lose it together

        normal to sum i am 25 and i feel like i have to do this befor i turn 26 i have to get under 200 and if we tried hard enough we will all do it so stay focused i didnt set a true weightloss goal i get a size goal to see how i look in certain clothes and thats what i am going for

                Welcome N2S!
                We know where you're coming from with the "tried every diet out there" thing. So many of us are refugees from other diet plans! But... most of us also find a solution in the Atkins way of eating. I'm sure you will too.
