New and so happy to be here

Hi just wanted to say Ive taken the plunge by starting induction today
I dont know what lies ahead and I must admit I'm a little scared. Scared I wont be able to give up all the sugary things that have made me fat.

But reading thru and seeing how many people have gotten such miraculous results, I decided I need to hold myself accountable, grit my teeth and get through induction no matter what!
I hope one day my own story can be put along side all of the other wonderful success stories already here

Well thanks for having me here
    Here goes!
