  • Starting new life!

    Hi Everyone,

I have decided to fix my life for many reasons. The biggest is that I am one step away from diabetes, heart diseases, and all those other things that can kill fat people.

Welcome to ADBB! I totally feel you on the expensive clothes we have to buy just because they're a bigger size. The stores know we have no where else to go. How nice it'll be to one day walk into any old store we want and fit into any old piece of clothing we want. It sounds like your mind is in the right place for success. Good luck and read these boards every chance you get. They'rea wonderful support.

Welcome to a new community! I started a couple of weeks ago. There have been times that I have wanted to quit or cheat but those times are far outweighed by my desire to live a different quality of life. It will take discipline and downright determination but it can be changed. I have found that sticking close to these boards have helped. When I am down, there is a great group of people who are just like me, struggling and winning at taking control of their lives! Take each day at a time and make great decisions because, it really is ALL ABOUT YOU !
