  • New to here ~ but know the drill :)

    Hi to all

I'm a long time low carber, who went through some major life changes and fell off the wagon for a few months ... (trueth be told, I think the wagon drove over me as I lay helpless on the ground, and I might have even been dragged along the ground for a while). But I started back on induction today.

So I know the the drill - for the most part - but this is the first time I've sought the support of a forum of this kind, and I'm looking forward to the inspiriation which can be drawn from the words you all write.

Because I've followed the low carb lifestyle for years, I'm hoping I can be a help to all of you as well --- sharing the things I've learned along the way.

I've mentored many friends through weightloss Atkins style; and feel ashamed about how I've lost my way ... but alas, I'm doing something about it ... back to the tried and true path to success!

    Cheers to All!
    Cindy

Welcome Cindy! Good to have you with us.
You're right... "doing something about it" is what you need to focus on. Kudos to you for re-committing.

Nice of you to offer your low carbing expertise. It's good when our pool of knowledge deepens as there's plenty of opportunity to give advice and tips here. We all help each other and love to cheer people along the path to better health.

Looking forward to following your progress.

Welcome Cindy! I'm new to Atkins so I ask a lot of questions. This board is a great amount of support and advice. They keep you supported and accountable that's for sure. All best wishes for your success.
