  • Goal: 18 kg in 4 months

Hi everybody! It's kind of weird for me to write this message since in general I'm not a big fan of forums (especially when I have to talk about me). But anyway... I somehow believe that writing on this forum will help me stay on track.

I'm 5'8" and weight 72 kg (i.e. 159 lbs). I started Atkins 4 days ago, and until now I've lost a bit more than 2 kg (approx. 5 lbs). I'd like to get to about 55 kg by the beginning of June, but we'll see how things go. A first goal is to go under 70 kg

I also plan to start a journal here... soon. I need to make a bit more courage for that.

        Hi there!
Has it been an entire week for you now? How are you faring? Having any particular struggles? Seen/felt some improvements? (I'm not trying to be nosy -- this is an official invitation/request for you to talk about yourself, since you mention it doesn't come naturally.)

PS - I love your avatar... I've felt like a grouch more than once during my Induction!

            What I know:
            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
