I started atkins last summer, was losing wt then just gave up. I don't really remember why. Well, I'm back again; of course I still have the weight to lose (it doesn't just go away) LOL. But this time I'm 100% determined I'm going to do this. I'm so tired of being overwt. Today is day 1 of induction. I woke up, had a great breakfast and going to exercise this afternoon. I know this works because I've done it in the past and I see the change in all of you.
