Hi my name is Lucy,I am new here but not to Atkins.I did atkins many years ago and lost alot of weight,over the years i have slowly put weight back on,i have tryed many other diets since and nothing has come close,I think i might find it abit harder this time as i am doing it on my own,last time my hubby did with me i am a bit scared about doing it on my own,So wish me luck.Lucy
