    im new

    Hi my name is ree and is 33 and this is the second time around for me with atkins I did it 4 years ago and lost 20 pounds but didnt stick with it but im very determined to this time around. I started yesterday and am going to the gym so far so good.
    I weigh 185 and my goal weight is 130, im 5'7 female.

      Welcome to the board, it's a great place for support and information.
      40 year old male 6' 3"

      What I know:
      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
      2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
      3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
      4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                Hi Ree, Welcome to ...Congrats on losing 8 lbs thats fantastic.

                I have found this board to be a huge motivation helper for me...maybe check into joining some challenges...they help keep you accountable.

                    Welcome Ree. Glad you've joined us. As a second timer...you'll be able to look back and change the things you did that jeopardized you the first time. Write out your plans, include your water, exercise and recipes that will keep you interested. Come here often for support and friendship with people who care and want you to succeed. You can do it, jump in and get active with all the resources the board has to offer. Best wishes - post often and keep us informed of your progress.
