Hello everyone, I just have to say, I wonder how many times you see that title on a new post?!

I was here whilst following the two week induction back early last year and I lost quite a bit of weight. I did however find week 3 very, very difficult to get through and jumped straight off track deciding to try something else instead so yes the inevitable has happened I have spent the past 8 or 9 months going from diet to diet, one week on, one week off and have managed to gain myself another 7lbs or so

But I am back with my tail between my legs and a lesson learnt and fore-warned that week 3 is going to be difficult so I am ready for it

I wonder if this is a personal hurdle for me as I found week 3 the most difficult when I gave up smoking too. Anyways enough of thinking out loud here, I just want to say thanks for the ocassional email I recieved from this sites leaders even while I was AWOL it's one of the reasons that I was reminded how supportive this place was and why I had to come back.

Just one question, where do I go next, 14 day induction or second timers?

    Great to be back

    Julie

Thank you Jace, I am thinking maybe I should split my time between induction which is what I am on and second time around
