I have learned that the second time around is not so easy. Atleast for me it's not. I went on Atkins August 02, 2003 and joined here shortly after. I found ths woe so easy for me AT THE TIME. I stuck with it for about 9 months. I joined a gym and was working out and doing great. In that time I lost 40 pounds. Then things went sour, I took a break for awhile due to financial problems. My husband left a job he had been working at for 7 years for another job that we thought would be good for us financially. As it turned out it was not the case at all (long story). So for the past couple of months I have been trying to get back on track. IT IS SO HARD!!! I wish I had never quit the first time it was so easy then. My starting weight was 230#, I got down to 190# I am now at 205#. It seems that every time I get back on the pounds are not going off as fast as they were the first time around. I really missed ADBB because everyone is so supportive. I lost touch because my computer (house and all) was hit by lightening in 2004 so we were without for awhile. I am back now and really need some motivation and advice for the second time around.
I had a journal last year. I would really like to read it but have not been able to find it. How long are they saved if you dont log on for a extended period of time?
:smackhead
Another question even though I am starting over should I list my start weight at 230 or what is is now?

You are definately not alone. It helps , so much, to know that there is support here.
