Re: Hi. Another 2nd timer!
Thanks Nya and Jammie. Nice to know I won't be going this alone ! It's hard to stay motivated if I haven't lost weight or even gained a lb. over 1-2 days time. I start to think...well maybe I should just give up and have that bowl of ice cream

Re: Hi. Another 2nd timer!
Tell me about it...I havent lost anything in almost 2 weeks...in fact I've went up a cpl of lbs (I had 1 cheat day, but still)...I started to lose my motivation...but came here...posted about it...and the ppl here helped me get head right. I just look at all the ppl this IS working for, and I know that if I stick with it, it will work for me too!!!
PS...you should come over & join us at the century club (it's for all of us with 100 or more lbs to lose)...its a great group of REALLY supportive ppl...we have a roll call everyday, where we just check in and see how each other is doing...it has been my lifeline thats for sure!!!
We can do this!!!

Dont have that bowl of ice cream. I is here for ya. Please dont stress over the scale. Scale is bad....it doesnt show how much you are really shrinking. You can use the scale, just dont use it too much. If if can ever say anything to help it is...Nothing tastes better than thin!
Set yourself some mini goals and write them down. Keep an eye on your carbs and get some exercise. When you add strength training at least 30 mins 3 times a week and 30 mins of cardio 4-5 times a week you will see great results in 30 days. Remember any exercise is better than none.
You can do this....

Re: Hi. Another 2nd timer!
Thanks everyone for the support! I'm still sticking it out, just did 30 min on the treadmill
. My mouth is SO dry. Even drinking water all the time doesn't seem to make it go away. Thanks again for the replies and support.

PS how do I keep my ticker and not have to redo it every time???
Oh, and I'll start posting in the century club

Congrats on the 10 pound weight loss during induction. I encourage you to post often and ask questions! And, if at all possible join in on some of the challenges that are out there
