Hi Everyone I am new to this diet, tired of always being the overweight mom, it was either this or get new friends so I will try this for now. I am on day 2, constant headache, but from what I read this means it is working

I am a social worker during the day and would really love to lose this weight so I have more energy at home!

Thanks ahead of time for the support as I know I will need it

Does it get easier? I really want my cheese stick to be french fries and a frosty

Welcome JustforMe! I'm on Day 12 myself. I felt kinda crappy between days 2 and 5. It'll pass. On day 2, 3, and 4, all I wanted to do was sleep and I had a horrible headache. At least it was a weekend and I was home so that I could crash if I needed to. I'm with you on the overweight mom thing. Good luck on your weight loss journey! It's time to make a change. Stick with it! It'll be worth it in the end!

        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
