Hi, I've been browsing this board for a about a week now and I thought it was time to make an introduction. I'm 25, female and have been on atkins before. I lost about 50 lbs on it a few years back. Well, I got married and had a baby and I gained that and then some. I started the diet again back in December, just doing it from what I remembered. So far, I've lost about 25 lbs. At the end of January, I started going back to the gym. I do circuit training and at least an hour of cardio. I also found a copy of the book again and have recently cut out most caffeine and artificial sweetners.
I still have a lot of weight to lose. I'm doing extended induction. I would like to drop about 100 lbs. Just browsing the forum here has really been a big help and inspiration. So that's it, just wanted to say hello and I look forward to getting to know everyone.
