I'm back on Atkins again...it works with my body and the PCOS that I have. It's been 16 days and I've lost about 8 lbs. That's 8 lbs even with some caffeine and aspartame. I plain to not cheat any this next week and see what I can pull off. I am determined to meet my goal of 155 this year! That's about 60 lbs...

Everything is pretty much the same with me except that I have been on Metformin for about 2 months now. I'm loving how it's helping with certain PCOS issues. I feel much more stable now...and had a cycle this month.
By the way, if you read my previous goals...I did fit into that brown linen skirt last summer.
