What I have found with this diet is even if I am not hungry, you HAVE to eat. It is the metabolism part of the diet that makes the high fat and high protein aspects work. You have to eat something even if it is a nibble of cheese or some pepperoni slices, etc. I find when I dont eat that the scale numbers stay or increase and that is frustrating. You have to keep in process and make good choices instead of that bread! ( I do still want to chomp into a nice fresh loaf of pumpernickle...) You can do this!! You need to spend time on your spirit as well as your body. They all work together. Take some time to refresh you!

Induction Day #2 and I'm just amazed at how easy this WOE-(way of eating) really is. I just absolutely love it. Yesterday, I actually managed to get in 90 oz of water. I was amazed at myself. The 64 oz is easy enough, but 90...It was a challenge, but I did it! It's just amazing the feeling I get from being in control like this!
