  • Jealous of my sister!

Back in high school, my sister went from a size 22 to a size 12 in less than a year. Ever since then I've considered the diet, but now that she's gone back on it, I'm with her! I was in shape in high school, and I don't really know when I lost control of it, but its' definitely time to do something. I am engaged and I will set my date when I hit my goal. Really gives me something to work for.

I've been on induction since February 18, and I've lost 10lbs so far. I think I'm going to stay on intduction until about 20% but I have allowed myself a few things like sugar-free jello with whipped cream, an occasional advantage bar, and one or two amazing sugar free chocolates once a week (3g net) Definitely keeping up with my water and really really loving the delicious meals that I have discovered I can still have.

I have a little trouble eating three times a day, as I never have, but I do my best to nibble in the morning at work and that rocks my metabolism. I've lost as much as 2lbs in one day at work! I'm taking a good multivitamin, omega 3's in the form of fish oil, and *plenty* of fiber.

    So far, so good.

I just can't wait for my weekly weigh-ins!
