    Hi everyone, I am new to atkins and am very excited to get started. I am so impressed with so much success, I am totally thrilled

    I need to lose 50lbs to start for myself but also for my friends upcoming wedding. Any advice or inspirations would be great!

    I like the fact that you set small goals. I'm sure you'll have something to celebrate very often!
