Hi, I started Atkins today. 1st day of Induction. Im so happy I found this site. My name is April, Im 33, a sahm to 3 kids. Im going to lose 100lbs!I am excited and ready to start my journey. I quite smoking Feb 2007. I want to live a long healthy life so I can always be around to bug my kids. Just wantred to say Hello and let you all know im here... learning and getting support.
