    Hi Everyone,
I just stumbled onto this site last night. Best thing i've stumbled across in a long time . I am actually seeing a naturopath who put me on the atkins diet, without actually saying it was the atkins diet. IYKWIM.
As you can tell by my name i am from Australia, so i have no idea what anyone actually weighs when you talk about pounds/ounces as we use kilo's and grams. Hopefully i eventually will get it though. I started my journey on the 22nd of Feb 08. So far i have lost 4.6 kilos. I was weighed today and i had gained .4kg since last week. It was the chocolates fault. I told it not to undress and jump in my mouth. Hence my weight gain. But i am back on track!
I'm glad i've found a place of support and inspiration. At the moment i am on 2 weeks holidays (school holidays) so it has been tough. A lot of temptations at home. I am really craving sweet things at the moment, probably because i ate chocolate and really enjoyed it. But i do know that within a few days i'll be fine.
    Cheers,
    aussie_chick

    Hey hey!

nice to see another aussie on here.

I only recently discovered the Atkins way of life and this great site too. I'm still on induction and not going too bad, though I know the temptation of sweet, sweet chocolate only too well.

Step away from the chocolate... and tell it to stop calling you

Seriously... I'm glad you're on the board and feeling committed to
